This set has a maximum weight of 21 lbs per hand and
cannot be made heavier than the 21 lb maximum weight per hand. It
replaces 7 pair or 14 fixed dumbbells that would have a combined
weight of 168 lbs. (Shown with optional SportBlock/Personal Stand.)

This set has a maximum weight of 45 lbs per hand and
can be expanded up to 60 lbs per hand with the optional Personal
Plus Handle Set. It replaces 9 pair or 18 fixed dumbbells that would
have a combined weight of 450 lbs. (Shown on optional Personal
Stand) Also available optional Personal Set Bar to allow barbell

This set has a maximum weight of 60 lbs per hand and
cannot be made heavier than the 60 lb maximum weight per hand.
It replaces 9 pair or 18 fixed dumbbells that would
have a combined weight of 600 lbs.

The Personal Trainer Set is a hybrid set utilizing the
weight stack from the Personal Set and the handles of the Elite Set.
The Personal Trainer Set allows the user to achieve
every 2.5 lb. jump within the weight range of 2.5-50 lbs. per
dumbbell.
The Personal Trainer Set cannot be increased in
weight. The Personal Plus Handle and Add On Kits are incompatible.

Our most popular Pro Handle in a 50 lb Set! The Elite
Set 5-50 x 5 lbs base set comes with plates 1-4, and adjusts in 5 or
10 lb increments. The Elite handle weighs 5 lbs without the chrome
adder weights in the handle. The Elite Set 5-50 (per hand weight)
equals/replaces 16 pairs of dumbbells or 825 lbs of free weights in
the space of just 1 pair (50 lb dumbbell is just 11 3/4" long). This
set is expandable using the add-on kits. The 40 lb Elite Add-On Kit,
plates 5-8, would take the set from a maximum weight of 50 to 90 lbs
in each hand. The Elite Big Block Kit, plates 5-11, would take the
5-50 set from a maximum weight of 50 to 130 lbs in each hand.

Are you ordering an Add On Kit
for a set of PowerBlock Dumbbells you purchased before September
2005? Please make sure you're purchasing the correct kit for your
PowerBlock Dumbbells. Prior to Sept 2005 our product was called the
Pro set. This set was characterized by two holes in every plate. In
the photograph the Pro set is on the right side. Our new PowerBlock
Dumbbells are called the Elite Set. The Elite set is manufactured by
welding two weight plates together. We switched to the Elite set
because it is 5 pounds heavier than the Pro Set. Please call or
email us directly if you need an Add On Kit or parts for your Pro
Set, we want to make sure you get exactly what you need. Thanks for
